Senior Session with the Crested Butte Wildflowers

Gabi and her family traveled to Crested Butte specifically to take photos in the wildflowers. The beginning of July was our plan. She had a vision for these pictures. Sending me inspiration photos before, which I appreciated. Her family was her hype team. I thought it was sweet getting them all to help.

The wildflowers were gorgeous, but so was Gabi. She was easy to photograph. I love portraits for so many reasons. It’s easy to find a flow with one person. I truly think it’s important to give direction though, there are times when one adjustment will make an entirely new photo. I think getting to work together to create photos you love is one of my strengths with this job. Gabi was a joy to photograph. I feel lucky that I got to work with her and her family. Here’s to an amazing senior year, Gabi.
